49.8 miles for me last week. More or less pulling back the loss from last week. Also done a couple of early morning walks, hopefully this could be me punching through my low moment and a final 8 week push to the end!

    Total: 1732.5 miles

I always look at these things and wonder a) How accurate a step counter is? I know mine when I had it turned onto steps seems to do random amounts sometimes.
    b) How much is the sort of brisk walking that really helps? ie. Not 1000 steps around the kitchen whilst making tea.

She got up at midnight....I think if I remember correctly is one of five 100,000+ days she did..

I think it's fairly accurate and she was walking round the isle of Wight.

I just have a pedometer, and did and occasionally do a test of a 100 steps, as long as it reads between 99-101, I count it as accurate.

I didn't read any of it as it was blocked at work, and can't motivate myself to read more than the first 5 or 6 entries now. Lazy I know.
But if she is only walking and doing over 13 miles a day, that's a significant time investment. At a walk that's around 3hrs a day!!

I only scrolled indesisiv - I make it four hours a day for me ( you fit person, you!) and my first thought was, 'well she doesn't work and commute then';)

If I did not have my dog in tow and was walking as many hours a day as I do with him, I could well be up to her 5000 level as I have always been a brisk walker but then would I walk for as many hours without him? I doubt it as I was only doing about half as long before I got him in February.
