27 miles last week :( 11 of that was done on Sunday!

    Total: 1682.7 - still 28.8ish miles ahead

My half 5 morning walks have completly stopped now. I simply cant get out of bed at that time any more! I either just throw the phone across the room or sleep through the alarm so thats taken a chunk of the 'easy cant get distracted by other stuff such as decorating' mileage!

1665 here. Ahead for the 2000 miles challenge, 1.5 miles under for the 2017. I seem to hav found my mojo and am clawing back some lost mileage.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel with my hall and landing decorating. Last bit of skirting board went back on last night and now just needs filling and painting, then popping some door handles back on! Hopefully once all that is done, I can put more effort back in myself!

Dont know what to do next year. This challence has been a massive time sink. I 100% can not justify doing 2000 miles again, but debating if I can do 1500 as a more sensible goal which will return some time back to me for other stuff!

I am lucky with this challenge as I am not actually doing it... it is a side effect of my normal training. I don't do anything that I would not be doing normally as part of my running training.
I am not monitoring any of my walking or steps etc as I can't be bothered to do that.
Next year the mileage will be higher as I have some longer term goals that involve doing over 50 mile weeks in my training plan for the first few months of the year.

I don't think I'll be monitoring. I'm guessing my mileage naturally would be around 1600 - 1700 miles, so it does push me to do that bit more. On the other hand, my mileage has increased naturally anyway as Lola is no longer a puppy and doesn't have to do short walks.

Another low week for me with 38.6 miles due to racing the national cross country relays yesterday. 1,791.0 miles for the year.
Should be more next week as I have a 28 mile race on sat.
