Ok I have just had a rough working out and I need just over 30 miles a week, so if I keep up what I have been doing......I should be ok.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600

I am now averaging 10 miles a day regularly and not even finding it difficult (sorry), I really have way too much time on my hands (feet)0

I managed 8 yesterday and that included a three hour stint at the hairdressers.
September has not been great with a mix of a few days slow walking due to tendinitis and work being silly busy.
Am I the only person that's doing this with an old fashioned pedometer? No idea about floors:rotfl:0 -
Yaaah go for it0

Just finished todays exercise so that's 40.8km (roughly 25.5 miles) this week.
ankle was hurting so unable to run as much this week0 -
Well this week.... 9.5 miles and I am 100% there is not going to be any walking today! I’m currently 50% through laying new network cables at work and it’s been 6 hrs already!
Reason for such short mileage..... burn out. With working daft hours, then walking, then taking on decorating at home as well as general family life, its got too much for me. So much so on Thurs I felt very ill, not a cold or 'throwing up' type ill, just over tired. So the first things that’s had to give way is the walking. Granted its exercise and getting out, but at an hour or 2 at a time, its a lot of time and energy to sink.
Hopefully I will be able to pick it back up and do the minimum distances soon to try and keep myself on target, but I know that work is about to ramp up even more in the next week or so and I am going to be rather drained.... what I don’t want to do is get to the stage where I am fully burnt out otherwise its just not healthy.

SplanK - that's sensible (don't burn yourself out), respect the body and mind and if there tied then your right to rest.
out of principal I run for 1 hour each day to a max of 3 days in a row (3 days exercise then 1 day off), even if I feel ok I still wont run 4 days in a row0 -
