Okay guys, just received a letter from UCS (Ultimate Customer Solutions) regarding the PCN. It states that the DVLA have released my details under Regulation 27 (1)(e) of the Road Vechicle (Registration and Licensing) Regualtions 2002. The letter was sent to an old address and had to be passed onto me.

They are now wanting £160 in the next 14 days or 'further action may be taken and we will seek our clients instruction'.

Any further advice you could give would be great, I'm in panic mode again!

From an online dictionary. (Other sources of word meanings are available.)

I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

  • Should I be worried that I've now received a letter from CSB Solicitors? They are still going to my Mum's address (where the car was registered when I had it) and she and Dad are getting rather annoyed. She is wondering should she return the mail or contact them to say I no longer live there, not giving them my new address, though?

    Thanks again everyone!
  • nope , just ignore , infact line the budgies cage with it
  • Awk, thank you so much! I've never had anything like this happen before so I'm worried every time Mums says, "There're letters here for you!" I feel like I'm on the run...

Must get a budgie now :)
  • tell your mum NOT to contact them , you will get about another 4 or 5 before they move in ,if your mum rings , you will get 50

explain to your mum the law ,

Just to clarify for newbies, this advice is specific to Scotland or NI.

If in England or Wales, the advice would be to respond to a CSB Solicitors letter.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
