Closed my four week month with 41p to spare. Then we looked again at our budget calculations and realised we'd miscalculated and our actual food budget allocation from the total pot was higher than we realised (probably miscalculated when switching to four month system). So my actual surplus is £11.33 (that means takeaway money!!) and next month the target has gone up by a small amountTarget £80 per week groceries, household and cleaning for four adults.0

Final Score was 22.17 underbudget for the month, well pleased! keeping budget the same for February despite the slightly shorter month as don't want it too feel too strict that it isnt do-able:pDesperately Determined to Destroy the Debts one at a time.. and Seriously Save for the Spectacular future.:p0

have spent £102 in the first week which is more than normal. However I have cooked all day and prepared veg soup, chicken and mushroom soup, lasagne, spaghetti mince, chilli chicken and a chicken and red wine casserole with herby dumplings for tea. I am hoping with other bits that I have that next week will be under budget.£1000 Emergency fund challenge #225 - £1000.00.00/£1000- End of Baby Step 3 (A work in progress)0
