Unfortunately I am back again, I received the letter attached, I assume the next letter I receive from Gladstones will be an LBC?

Look who they require you to pay (Debt Recovery Plus), so this is a debt collection letter (a pimped out letterhead to DRP from G's - the depths they will sink to to earn a couple of quid a pop for the letterhead).

Ignore this. Whether you get a LBC in due course is conjecture at the moment. See what occurs, come back if you receive a real LBC or real court papers.

Yep, at first I thought it was an LBC until I realised it was another debt collection letter with a different twist, I was just assuming that the next step after this debt collection letter would be an LBC hence my post to ask for confirmation, but as you say we'll have to wait and see.

    Thanks.

The problem with this process is that you are not in control. The PPC calls all the shots, you just have to be aware of what might happen next and be ready to deal with it.

Don't fall asleep on the issue just because you hear nothing for a while. Unfortunately they have 6 years to pursue you.
