Yes I understand that I just feel like I been lied to when it wasn't a windscreen chop it was an accident where the third party's car is been badly damaged and the person has been injured, and I had to find out by my insurance company. I have phoned the lease company where I got it from and waiting for an answer0

I'm getting the impression though that these are more than just "cosmetic repairs" ... and that's what OP wants to find out for sure.
OP - if the garage/lease company won't tell you, cancel the lease agreement(assuming you're still in time). That'll buck their ideas up.0 -

People do see these cars as belonging to them, even when they clearly don't, the difference between aspiration and reality.
But the OP is paying to lease a brand new car. You can lease used cars which are cheaper. Therefore they have the right to expect a brand new car.
I understand that alot of new cars will have been touched up in some way due to transport damage but that is minor compared to a car being in an accident severe enough where someone was injured - that is not transport damage!0 -

Quite.
I'm sure that leasing a car that had been used as a bumping car would have been a lot cheaper.
Cancel the lease if you can.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

I would want an original manufacture windscreen, not one of those cheapo specials Auto Windscreens (and others) fit.0

As you wouldn't be the owner, would you have a right to demand that? I guess it would depend what terms and wording is used in the lease contract.0 -

I bet if you tried to hand it back at the end of the lease if you'd fitted some cheapo windscreen you would be paying to have an OE one fitted thoughI want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

If thats true i find it banal.
Who employs drivers who seem to crash cars regularly and instead of addressing the behavious employs and entire bodyshop to deal with all the accidents?
And also
(a) manufacturers are blissfully unaware
(b) dealers are blisfully unaware
I'd be addressing the behaviours rather than fixing the symptoms.0
