  • Letter sent, thanks for the assistance so far.
  • Further to the previous requests for help, Smart Parking sent me the letter directly - letter dated 17/01/17 (it was sent through Lex Autolease then to my employer, company car driver...). I have then basically forgot about it until today.

I've just looked onto the Smart Parking website and typing in the PCN# and my registration brings up nothing, says parking ticket cannot be found. Does this mean its been cancelled? Obviously I'm reluctant to ring then and check!

Any assistance given is greatly appreciated.
  • Can anyone assist? Thanks in advance.
  • Sorry to be a pest, can anyone assist?

What letter? A rejection with POPLA code?

  • Sorry, no. The letter from smart parking (now addressed to me) letting me know I have a PCN.

As said, I completely forgot until this weekend, but the number and my registration do not bring up anything their website like it did previously.

    Am I off the hook?!?

There is no ''hook'' to need letting off, with stupid old Smart Parking. I expect it's gone the the Debt collector company to bother you with some daft letters.

Loads of threads about that on here already:

A tedious time awaits, stupid letters. Please no updates about them!
