I think , you (in your company name ) should inform smart that you were the keeper , await the paperwork and laugh at the mistakes/faults and then appeal in your name

surley the letters says to pay or name the driver? , well the company names you as the KEEPER

In fairness, it doesn't so I'll go through the appeal procedure and name myself as the keeper (lessee) on behalf of my company...

Thanks, though that isn't the letter I've received. I got the one below it on the link you provided and it basically assumes the second person in the chain (in this case, my company) is the driver & keeper.

well hes NOT the driver , they are assuming , and that is wrong , they need to contact vthe correct person , I expectv the paperwork will be trash by the time it gets to you , with loads of ommisions and mistakes , and a cracker for POPLa
