Employee Came onto me

Good evening all.
I find myself in a very difficult position, Christmas meal on Friday night with a few drinks and my manager pulled me up outside while waiting for a taxi. "I cant stop having sexual thoughts about you, really bad and all the time. Its been happening for months" I responded, I am married and advised her I loved my wife and that was that, hers was I am married too but I cant stop thinking about you. I repeated myself and walked towards a taxi that had just come. She grabbed my arm and got clearly upset and slightly aggressive and asked me why I was being so quiet and unwilling to discuss openly and she wanted me. I again repeated I loved my wife and that nothing will ever happen. Luckily her taxi arrived and I made sure she got in it and went in my home. She had spent the night starring at me if any other female members of staff were talking to me.
I came home and told my wife, who is obviously unhappy. I am very uncomfortable now. I have staff meetings booked in this week for yearly reviews and I did have some criticism to give this employee which could now been see a response to what happened. She has worked for me for 3 years with no other issues. This Is going to make our working relationship very awkward and I am not keen for her to continue in my employment.
Can anyone advise where I stand?
Thanks

Is the woman your manager (i.e. She manages you) or are you senior to her? It's not clear from your OP. Is there anyone senior to you in the company?
If she line manages you, then this is sexual harassment and you should report it to her own senior manager.
If you are senior to her, it's a bit more nuanced. Do you have an HR team you could refer this to? If you are the most senior person in the business, you may have to start a disciplinary process with her based on her inappropriate behaviour at a work social event, but I'd keep that completely separate from her performance review (maybe even postpone the performance review until the disciplinary is complete). You may find though that this was drink talking and she is mortified and the first thing she does on Monday is to apologise abjectly!0 -

I'd be inclined to play it by ear. If she says nothing on Monday and/or attempts to keep out of your I would put it down to the booze talking. If you are concerned about possible ramifications further down the line I would suggest speaking to your HR department simply so they know what happened. That way you are giving yourself some protection if she tries to claim more happened.0

Except at the start of his post he talks about his manager, so I couldn't work out if the person was an employee or manager either. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

In the first paragraph the OP says:
my manager pulled me up outside while waiting for a taxi. "I cant stop having sexual thoughts about you, really bad and all the time. Its been happening for months"
If the OP is the employer and the drunken woman works for him as a manager, he'd refer to her as "my manager". The context of the rest of the post makes the relationship quite clear.0 -
I'm not sure this is a genuine post. At the start of the post she is your manager and towards the end she's reporting to you0

OP is the boss of the company and the woman in question is employed by him to manage the company? If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
