I don't know if it's at all possible but I'm going to work as much as I can in the first 2 years so I can work as little as possible or not at all in my 3rd year so I can give it my all.
Of course it's going to be all about finding the right balance but I don't want to mess up the opportunity but I don't want to get into any more debt either...
Anyway it's my weekend off work so going to enjoy it

Thank you it's a weight off my shoulders for sure.
I'm slowly working my way thought stuff in my flat, I have a lot of little bits and bobs to sell like clothes and a few ornaments etc I don't know if it's worth trying to sell them on facebook or if it's worth doing a carboot.
I'm worried about selling things to soon but then being left with stuff I can't sell, I want rid of as much as possible.

Thanks Abba, so I'm trying to sort out my clothes and things, why do we buy things and never wear them?? I've got loads of stuff to list on facebook. I just want rid of it all. Anything that can be sold will be sold!!

Sold some furniture and my tumble dryer and made £175 that's going to go towards moving costs I'm going to have in the next few months.
I've also been working out bills from September, my student loan should pay off all my direct debits and bills every month, so my wages will be for food, fuel and paying off debt. I think this will work better my student loan will go into my bills account and it will just all go out of there and I shouldn't have to worry about it.
It being separated should be easier, anyway I'm off for a few days just selling more stuff and off to see the boyfriend tonight

That's a good plan - I've just started separating my discretionary spending from my main account and it seems to be working OK so far. Might be brave a cod the same for groceries.
Well done on the sales :A0 -
No idea how cod comes into it! Phone playing tricks.0

I feel good having made money selling things but then I know I'll have to use it to pay to get the curtains dry cleaned before I move out.. heck I never knew it was so expensive!
Back to work tomorrow for 3 days.. 15 shifts left to go. I really hope I start at the supermarket early September so there isn't too much of a gap.
I'm literally listing everything and everything to sell, I want to take as little as possible to the new place, anything I don't sell will go to charity.
