Aww thank you everyone it means alot!
This year with being in and out of hospital I've not been able to give them even my time
and last year I had the baby who was premature so it was a roller coaster two years really of not being there for the boys as much as I'd like to.
That said they are always telling me I'm an awesome mum and the best mum in the world regardless of all of that so maybe I haven't done as bad a job as I think

Purchased a little Christmas gift for myself from group on..... it's not a gift it's a necessity really

A purse! For £4.99 but anyway it's got space for all of my points cards.
I've applied for a new Boots Advantage card, went to M&S for some last minute christmas presents and got a Sparks card, also have a Wyndsors Shoe Shop loyalty card which I can claim £5 on once I've spent another £10 so will come in handy for school shoes, need to find my nectar card and recently got a new Morrisons More card and Tesco card.
Also paid a little off my council tax arrears from my old house

Received some excellent news today

DFS are coming out next week to refill and completely recover my leather sofa ( I complained 18 months ago as it went flat after 6 weeks and the black colour started to chip off ) so as of January we'll have a lovely new sofa and I can start decorating the living room too!
I also managed to ring rent today and found out I'm £520 in arrears
currently paying £20 a month but after the new year I'll pay more off this.
I've set up a new thread in Debt Free Wannabe Challenges called 10 Positive Steps a day and I'll be putting my positive steps on here too
So my 10 positive steps for tomorrow are:
1. Ring Sky to lower bill

2. Ring council tax to find out how much I owe
3. Buy the rest of the Christmas presents
4. Finish wrapping
5. Clean house
6. Finish the washing
7. Sort out items to sell on ebay
8. Pop to nans for a cup of tea (she's 87 years young bless her)
9. Visit mum
10. Have a relaxing bath
