Ahhhhh as of the weekend of the 21st/22nd wandering about in my pants begins lol

The flat i went too see was really nice, neighbour hood seems dead quiet, its part furnished i have put down a 200 retainer which comes off all the rent bond etc role on the 21/22nd. I am skint till payday otherwise i could move in sooner.

Another little bonus coming our way is my LF has recently just switched broadband from bt too sky, so come friday she will have sky tv and broadband we set it up via going through top cashback

net result my top cashback account is 150quid richer as she went with the skyq tv. I am not a total sod the money will be getting split with my LF 70/30 LOL

Another thing i know its a bit early but i have being looking at broadband for the new place, what are peoples experiences like with plus net???? They offer upto 40meg fibre in the area of my new flat and seem the cheaper option over bt and sky.

25quid for fibre upto 40meg does not seem bad, especially since at my aunt and uncles place it is that bad i cant even get now tv too work ie last speed test 0.3meg lol

No experience with plusnet at all I'm afraid - we've just got standard Sky BB and that works OK for us where we are.

Glad to hear pant-wandering is go! :rotfl:

Short ish diary update for today, i was at work last night so i spent most of today in the land of nod zzz zzz zzz

Survey wise i have done a few but nothing drastic.

Re the LF some stuff has come too light that has me very very concerned i am considering ditching her as a well friend/potential partner etc. I work for a high street bank her family it appears have being involved in 2 major major fraud scams re firstly a cash for crash scam and second nicking electricity from british gas illegally where one of them went down. I am massively concerned being honest as i work as a financial advisor and cannot be associated re anything re fraud in any shape or form.

  • That's such a shame, but is there any proof that she is actually involved? She could just have a really dodgy family. If she is involved though, I can see why you would want to ditch her. It would be hard for me to trust someone who scams people, and if it might affect your job, you don't really have much choice.

Are you going to talk to her about it? Do you think she would be honest with you?
  • yeah there was a tv programme re one the other has being in the papers i am not posting up weblinks for obvious reasons.

I am going too talk too her friday re it but i think my gut feeling is screaming leg it, its a shame she is an ace lass.

Sorry to hear about your girlfriend - that's rubbish.

I'm waiting for a few payouts too on my surveys

Prolific Academic - just waiting for 80p then I can cash out £20
Pinecone research - £3 to go into Paypal
    You Gov - I need 925 points before I can cash £50
OnePoll - I'm only at £18.05 - it's so slow but £40 payout, so just plodding on
    Mintvine - I have 506 points cash out £8 when I get 1000

Topcashback - I have £29 confirmed but not yet ready to pay out and £9 pending

So quite a bit sitting there waiting! Wish it would just hurry up lol
  • Thanks for telling me about Opinium, I have joined up. I've had a few survey payouts over the last week as well - about £45 altogether so pretty happy with that!

I hope things go well with your LF tomorrow, it's such a shame as you seem to be getting on so well.

    Any word on the dogs?
