Scott_Weiland wrote: »ohhhhhh re running tips only thing i can advise is 4-5 good ones
1) baby steps increase distances really slow
2) go too a proper running shop and get a get analysis done re buying shoes, i spent 18months with blistering issues, achilles issues, no thanks too new shoes that fit right all are gone. spending 20-30 quid on running shoes is fine but once your running 3-4 miles plus yeeeeeeeeeeeeee no.
3) buy a good running watch tom tom do some good ones for 50-60 quid
4) hydrate well pre a run
5) if you can run with a reliable partner
Thanks for the tips Scott. I think the running shoes will be a priority but not till February's pay check though. I've got quite wide feet. Ive usually bought men's gym shoes in the past as I've found them more comfortable!:)
How about an abbreviation of LF till things develop more....:DFinally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

I does get a bit much after a while not having somewhere to truly call your own, doesn't it.
