I am the same I love working from home, it has being hard managing from a sanity and sleep point of view as i work nights. It is getting easier now my step kids are back at school. Lock down 2 starting in January i was ready to commit murder we didnt have the best November/December. My step son got a texty thing through saying he had to self isolate for 2 weeks, we all then had to do the same as I got covid/my partner did/and my step son did get it too. It put me in hospital for a while too, we all thought just before my step son got the text that we had flu. Me and my partner had being tested and it came back negative, then i pulled myself right or so i thought did a nightshift and it hit my chest like a tonne of brick. I think the day the paramedics came my oxygen level was 88percent it was bloody horrible. As when i got took into hospital my partner had covid at the same time skype and facebook calls when your ill is not the same.
Re the motorbike yes i still have it but it hasnt being used in months. My commute is now walking into the kitchen lol i dont miss working in the office a call centre environment is not the best and this is hard on weekends but the rest of the time its fine.
This is the username i will be using going forward finally got it fixed.1 -

Hi here is my diary update since we have now gone quiet at work.
Money wise things are looking good I have a nice bonus coming in at work which goes on my pay this month 800 quid, the tax man is gunna muller me but hay ho.
Stepchange who are sorting all my debts I have just increase the monthly payments on with dmp which has knocked around 8 months of it. I should be able to increase my stepchange payment again soon as my motorbike finance has 2 months left on it so that will save me 155 quid a month once thats gone.
Other income i have coming in are i am flogging some books on Ziffit i am just waiting on the postage thingy coming that will get me 8quid once thats sorted.
I am also waiting for the same coming in from music magpie which will net me 25 quid for an old Samsung fone
Tv License i am paying for the house drops in 2 months from 31.50 to 13.18 net result 18quid odd.
Survey gains today have being rubbish compared to the old me lol
54p cashback from top cash back
2quid dropped from Store rewards (Its a receipt uploading app)
Qmee 13p lol
In my defence i have being on nights and i am trying to get 2-3 quid a day off all of them. Prolific academic i am getting surveys off when i finish nights as i tend to stay up till around 9-930 now i am working from home. I think i have 4quid in pending on pa and 2 quid odd confirmed.

Diary and me update
Its being a no spend day for me and the money coming in is non existent re surveys today, i finished work in the wee small hours and couldnt face doing anything. I have one more nightshift to go, i fell asleep on the sofa and woke up at 11am so my body feels abit sore. Payday is next week on tuesday but its all gunna fly straight out i have a weekend break to pay for for me and the oh thats 600 gone.
Looking forward to my 4 days off a kid free weekend as the step delectables are at their dads. My new 2XU training gear arrived i tried it on before and realised i need to drop a few kg lol.1 -
For me its bike ride done, 8.5 miles in 35 mins. Sit ups done i will get my backside in better shape, i am a lardy 15.5 stone at the minute and i hate it.
I have my monthly budget to write and my daily paper diary. I am going through counselling through work to help keep my mental health right and anxiety at bay. I am staying positive as Covid and the whole thing worries the bejaysus out of me. No surveys done today bar one on prolific academic i am too knackered after 4 night shifts.
Hitting the hay now keep debt busting everyone.2 -
Well i am sitting at work contemplating what to do going forward. I have a few dilemmas
First one is the work situation, i am working from home and i have a motorbike sitting outside that hasn't being used in months due to wfh. Do i sell it or keep thats the first dilemma??? I live in very very rural bit of north east England no public transport here. I dont know how long this home working is gunna continue, as work are so giving nothing away. Personally i dont want to go back as i am not a people person they annoy the bejesus out of me. I dont drive well i do and dont, last year i started lessons in January, they then got knocked on the head due to covid when i had my test booked in may, same again happened in February this year. I had to go to Skipton to redo my theory test as i fluffed it in September and had to wait till November to do it again. My learning to drive experience was stop start 3 times over the last 18 months. I hope these vaccines work as i want to get on the road. My bike is probably worth about 2000 and its sitting there like an ornament and i have 2 finance payments to go on it.
Next dilemma is would you sell a S20 Samsung mobile phone on facebook or get rid of it on music magpie??
I had a Samsung a70 which died a death, the screen on it went i couldnt use the touch screen. I had to get a new phone sharpish and all we had was my daughters s6 which wouldnt accept the apps i have to use for work. Net result while i waited for my a70 to be repaired i had to take another phone contract. I now have my a70 back and i being honest i hate the s20 as it has no headphone jacket which sounds nothing but i am into training and i am not a fan of wireless bluetooth headphones. I have a pair of jlab earbud things are with useless when running or cycling.
Have people had issues with music magpie or do they tend to be okay???

Survey wise yesterday was a good day £5.60 dropped from prolific academic then i dropped £1.20 from curious cat. Next i have just dropped 56p from Qmee woooo hoooooo lol
Thats 2 quid going into savings, then a fiver odd into the stepchange lump some savings pot. I have a monzo account once i build the saving upto a hundred i ring step change and make an overpayment on my dmp.
