Thanks Monz - I'm aiming for End of November at the moment but I am being very naughty currently by overpaying instead of saving for a holiday in October, which will have to stop or it will end up going on a CC and that defeats the point:j PAID VERY, Barclaycard x3, Vanquis, Natwest, O/D, Tesco & MBNA x2 PAID :j LBM 24/07/15 - Original Debt: £0/31010.23 (100% paid)

Hi Muppets and everyone,
Still plugging away at this, but it feels like such a drag. I can't wait to be debt free. So another £200 into the bank's pockets, bringing my totals to:
#79 £3,300/£8,470 38.96%
I know every £200 is putting £14 of future income back into my pocket (the O/D is at 7% p.a.) and I definitely like only having a couple of red patches in a sea of black. I hear all the left brained stuff people say to me, e.g. "it's not like you put your groceries on your credit card", or "it's just the price of running a business." Or even "You're almost there."
Almost. Nearly. Having debt has been like having resident mice gnawing away at my confidence over the years. It's like existing in a fine mist of depression for so many years most the time I don't realise it is there.
I'm sure there are people out there who have no debt, own their own home, and use their money to buy everything they need, be it for their business or just their personal life. I plan to be one of them. Even if it means renting for the rest of our lives.0
