    I love this thread, it always puts me back on track.
    Trying not to allow my recent mistakes to become the focus, and instead be pleased with what I have done so far and build on it.
    I have my mortgage review in 12 months and want to be in the best position financially in order to get the best deal.
    As soon as I get my debt sorted, I can start overpaying on the mortgage.
