I keep seeing friends on Facebook taking theirs but worried it would be too young for my three. Pretty close though so I should take them.
Hope dd3 feeling better, my dd 2 has been most affected and I know it hurts her dad. So big hugs for her.
Haven't taken them to Eureka just yet, got that pencilled in for a few weeks take. Next weekend I am taking them to a local hall which has a "snowdrop weekend" when apparently the gardens are filled with them? No idea what it'll be like but its a day out.
I went to Eureka as a kid and really loved it but not been back since. How old is your youngest? Mine is four so I'll let you know how she finds it.Ahem........ as you two are both single and seem to be getting along well......................
Haha GG what are you like! At least we know there wouldn't be any arguments on saving money!

Morning all,
Went to the pub last night and had a catch up with some old mates which was night, I did however hear that DS had a melt down and broke some bits at the ex's new house. Still there was bound to be some issues as a result of her moving them. What exactly she expects me to do I don't know.....
It started snowing very lightly this morning when I left for work so I think I will get a roaring fire going when I get home after work, and have some vino tonight.
Plans for the weekend are a family meal on the Saturday and Sunday seeing the date again.
I did a Mr S frozen shop last night along with a fuel top-up. So i should get some bonus Nectar points and the frozen items will be easier for me to cook with the kids than fresh which goes off. So I stocked up on pizza's for ease along with frozen veg, chicken, chips etc.
Another eBay item sold for a massive £11.50, still awaiting payment for the first item sold for £40....grrr

glad pub was good. I think she probably just wants back up it can't be easy if he's distressed breaking stuff. You must have a fairly good relationship if she trusts out in a crisis so that's good.

Morning all,
Couple more ebay items sold for a disappointing £18.49.... total extra earnings up to £734.18. Currently have another 9 items listed on there so hoping for a few more pennies to come in.
Haven't done any matched better for a few weeks, really need to get back doing some.
Had a busy weekend, went for a meal on the Saturday and had a lovely beef stroganoff with a beer before I went home. Sunday I went to Meadowhall and treated myself to a new leather jacket, anything but MSE but my last jacket has lasted me 12 years so I'll get value for money from it!
hey Sarah,
Yes its all going well, going rather faster than I expected in truth but suppose that's a good thing really.
Hoping to be able to make something of a mortgage OP this coming payday even if small just to start the ball rolling.

No shes just selfish, she doesn't have a clue i'm seeing anybody or else she would probably be worse still. She is just used to clicking her fingers and me dropping everything to fix whatever is wrong, well it just isn't going to work like that anymore and a barrage of abusive texts is hardly going to convince me to be anymore accommodating.
Maybe with time things will get better but honestly I can see them getting worse before they get better.
Had to re-list the £40 unpaid for eBay item which is a pity, got a few quiet days now without anything to do on a night so I can get some house jobs done hopefully.
Really tired this morning didn't have the best of nights sleep, so looking forward to an early night!

Morning all,
I need a few NSD, i've been buying a few too many small bits off eBay for my truck and things around the house that I need for the kids. But having looked at my SoA things are tight. I'll not do an in depth one in case the ex comes on here but basically:
Income - 4k
Outgoing
Mortgage 1.1k
Maintenance & loan - 2k
House costs - £500
Leaves £400 for fuel, food and kids activities or car repairs which seem to be constant at the minute. Trucks alternator needs replacing on Monday now too.....
Sold a couple more bits on eBay for £28, all helps I guess. Up to £744.31 for the year so far now.
