    Hi all,
Julys OP came out at £172.36 which I'm really pleased with as we couldn't make our standard £90 OP so this was made up of lots of other things; change pots, eBay sales, gumtree sales, Pinecone surveys, banking cashback and interest.

That now makes £1543 for the year so far so 71%:D

Good luck all and thanks Hidden for keeping us updated :D
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!

Unfortunately I'm falling behind but due to circumstances out with my control there is nothing I can do about that. Hopefully I will rally before the end of the year.

Just popping in to say the move's gone well so far, but no internet until Saturday (or maybe even Tuesday!) So likely won't update the spreadsheet before next week.
