- So once informed, it is their responsibility to see the ticket is cancelled. Although some stores do try to wriggle-out of it more than others.
These are the key words "once informed". Up till that point the PPC & retailer have no way of knowing the driver has a disability. My stance is that you should initially bring the disability to their attention and only if they then choose to ignore can you claim any harassment on their part.0 -
So do I still wait until day 26 to appeal and mention the blue badge or do I raise it sooner with the ppc0

Just a quick update, wrote to ASDA and then spoke to manager. He was not really interested and said the parking was not anything to do with him, hecwas not particularly helpful. Also emailed to site agent who responded to say they had forwarded it to the land lord. I will keep you updated. Looks like I will be appealing on day 26 then.0
