No, not for months.
Not a reason to pay them though!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, but does the fact they have their membership back change anything?
Would they take me to court despite not having membership at the time of the charge?0 -

No, they don't know who you are or where you live and they can't get that data now!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They do unfortunately, as we appealed the charge before we realised that their membership was suspended, so they have our address.0

Oh dear, they must have rubbed their hands with glee!
Yes they could try - no they don't try often, and yes it is defendable and nothing to lose sleep over, does not affect credit rating even if you lost in the end and doesn't actually cost more than they are demanding now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Seeing as they lied to me on the charge and letter that they had access to the DVLA database, would I have a strong case?0
-
You would have a sound defence - normally UKCPS cases are seen off on unclear signs. Get pics if you haven't already, or a video of what the entrance signs are/are not like and how unreadable the terms are. Taken in the same light as on the parking event date.
That sort of evidence will bode well as their signs are invariably shocking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UPDATE:
So despite several letters sent to UKCPS asking them to revoke the charge, as they gained my details via unfair methods and by lying on their charge and letters, I've received another letter from them, this time saying it's my last chance before court action will get underway.
They have never referenced or responded to any of the letters that I've sent.
I've tried speaking to the owner of the building, but with no reply.
What should be my next step? Another letter seems pointless as they are ignoring them.0 -
My wife has spoken to her boss about this, but she said there's nothing we can do. We've also emailed the person responsible for the lease on the building, but they haven't replied.0

You MUST reply to a LBCCC - it is not pointless and strings it out - and if you haven't read that pre-court rules are changing on 1st October, you should do. Very relevant to your timing!
EDITED TO ADD:
This is not a LBCCC!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
