Advance.tec.co.uk ltd (not advancetec (UK) limited) claims to be a dormant company (which obviously isn't the case if theyre operating a website selling goods).
These guys have been involved in over a dozen scam websites and we've had a few threads about their companies on here over the years (I recognised the address being used).
Companies house page for advance.tec.co.uk: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06292736
Companies registered at that postcode (if you scroll through, you'll see which ones are registered at 40 Tweedale Street as the site only checks by postcode):

Possibly the shop owners and the accountants are linked or even the same, it doesn't look like they have separate doors.0 -

The flat upstairs is actually number 40a. You're right - theres always the possibility some of the companies have been registered at their accountants address - but as I said, many of them are linked (for example take a look at director Massud Sadiq) and I'd really expect an accountants to know the importance of having the correct registered address.
Also, the registered address for anees bella isn't tweedale street, its 14 osbourne street although hightech planet ltd is registered at flat 40a and the director of that company is also one of the directors of anees bella. So they definitely know what the correct address for that flat is.
It does seem as if none of the flats have entrances on the main road though - I suspect they're down the alley round the back (as is common with these types of properties). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Hi can I ask what happened with your order as I was looking at buying something but unsure 0

My order has not been received and the company have agreed to refund me. It remains to be seen whether my refund is received by the promised date (21/12). I would strongly advise against ordering. They have failed to deliver many peoples orders made in November but are still taking new orders. People have reported to ACtion Fraud and Trading Standards. AVOID AVOID AVOID.0

I find it unbelievable that this company is allowed to operate. They take orders for items that they don't have in stock and aren't likely to have in stock - yet they charge the credit cards immediately.
I appreciate that other companies do the same - but can't believe that a company barely 3 months old is allowed to essentially run up huge credit lines with their customers.
If Savvibuy go down, I'd like to see their directors behind bars.0 -
Have a look at this, the company "Savvibuy" has taken thousands of pounds worth of people's money, promising goods which are out of stock in all the major high street stores. Delivery deadlines have been missed and refunds are very few.
There is a Facebook page set up 6 days ago called "Unsatisfied SAVVIBUY customers", which now has over 400 unsatisfied and very worried customers.
Good luck0
