I have ordered a fitness watch online from Savvibuy on 29th November. I paid £99.99 by debit card (to avoid £2 surcharge for credit card) and my bank account was debited on 30th November. My order is currently showing as unfulfilled with a delivery date of 9th to 13th Dec. I'm now having bad vibes about the company, I understand that their website is less than 3 months old. From their facebook page it seems that they are seling Hatchimals but are not an authorised distributor. On a positive note they do have a physical address although from streetview it is smaller than I might have expected.
Any thoughts anyone?

If you're having second thoughts cancel the order, and if the money isn't returned to your account within 14 days get your bank to do a Chargeback.0

So you avoided a £2 surcharge then use a dodgy dealer.....makes sense i guess.0

Well when I ordered I didn't realise they might be dodgy. An interesting point, given that the purchase price was just under £100 would the £2 surcharge mean that I would then have had protection by paying by credit card?0

Thats a fair point but if your going to buy something for £99 off the net would you not do some research first or read some reviews. if it were me would i shop at "back street bob's and save a few quid or go to curry's" i'd go to curry's.
I do hope your item arrives, is there no number you can call?0 -
Impressive how they can fit all that stuff into such a small shop

Maybe they have a storage unit which possibly costs less to rent than a larger shop would?0 -
I guess I will wait till the 13th Dec and ask for a refund if not received by then. With hindsight I agree I should have done research before ordering. But the company is today boasting on its facebook page that it is featured in todays Daily Mail and is running a contest with them. I wonder if the Daily Mail did any research!0
