The £75 Reward version is to customers who have been with E.on for 13 months to 2 years and the £100 version is for those who’ve been with E.on for up to 12 months. If you've been with E.on for several years, this is why you haven't been offered the additional reward.

Ah I missed that bit, thank you fredandwilma.0 -
Personally, gimmicks, vouchers and rewards dont do it for me. I just want plain and simply a good straightforward service at a reasonable price, with clear tariffs shown on websites. If the prices are good service providers dont need to factor in exit fees either.0

I am utterly baffled. So, because I've been with Eon for 2.5 years they offer me nothing, but if I'd only been with them for a year then I'd be offered £100?!
I know loyalty never pays but it doesn't usually actively cost you money!
I'm currently on v19 and spending around £90-100/month but I'm now being offered:
1. v21 @ £133/month
2. EnergyPlan (standard variable) @ £137 per month!
That's it.
I'm just going to roll onto EnergyPlan as there's virtually no difference while I shop around for a new supplier.0 -
Agree, kick in the teeth for customers that have stuck with them longer than 2 years. :mad:0

Here's one for the forum... I'm in this boat too, having received the £100 offer as my V19 comes to an end. But I'm a low user (I live in a modest one-bed modern flat)... and the best MSE offer is only £70 less than this one, plus £30 cashback, which very coincidently is the same in total as the e-voucher value. So I'm torn...- On the one hand I don't want to encourage EOn not to provide decent offers in future by biting now
- But on another I really really don't want to go to Scottish Power, which is the only reasonable alternative
- And I'd quite like to keep my Smart Meter working, which I wouldn't if I switched
... Is this enough for me to (reluctantly) sign up? What would you do in my position?
Hello omelette451 and, yes, happy to confirm. If you sign up to our Fixed 1 Year £75 Reward Tariff, you'll be able to switch to another E.ON tariff at any time without picking up an exit fee. This will be for the full one year term of the tariff.
Hope this helps omelette451. Let me know if you need any more details as happy to help.

Hello championmongo1.
Fredandwilma are spot on (thanks fredandwilma). The Fixed 1 Year £75 and £100 Reward Tariffs are only being offered to selected Dual Fuel customers coming to the end of versions 18/19 of our Fixed I Year product.
As advised, the £75 Reward is to customers who have been with us for 13 months to 2 years and the £100 is for those who’ve been with us for up to 12 months.
There’s a £35 exit fee per fuel for the £75 Reward and a £50 exit fee per fuel for the £100 Reward if customers change supplier outside of their renewal period.
Offers are exclusively by email. I agree with fredandwilma, as you've been with us for several years, I doubt you'll receive this email.
Hope this explains championmongo1. Let me know if you need any more information as happy to help.

Thanks for your input elizabeth2015. We regularly look at our approach and are currently doing a product and services review as we redesign our portfolio for 2017. Comments like this are invaluable and I've passed them to the managers looking after this project this afternoon.
Thanks again.

Totally take your point pinkteapot and thanks for posting. As above in reply to elizabeth2015, I've fed your post back to the relevant managers. The review I've mentioned is ongoing and this type of feedback is helpful.
