Virgin error on Black Friday deal

I helped my daughter and son get a new Virgin installation in Black Friday week. A helpful rep gave us a direct Manchester number and we used this on several occasions The BF rate of £18 rather than £27 per month was agreed. When the contract came through it was for the £27 per month :mad: Tried the Manchester number today…

Just to say that my son in a nearby property used the family and friends reference that my daughter got and so he had 100mbs Black Friday deal for £23 pm. She gets £50 cash back and my son gets the free £14.99 fitting plus £35 off first bills
