Sainsburys Christmas music too loud

Options
Yesterday and Friday I visited a Sainsburys to check out the yellow stickers reductions.

They play music only in the run up to Christmas. But it was too loud especially the song in their Christmas advert sung by James Cordon. The two colleagues I spoke to said every customer they were serving or assisting at the time the JC song was played just mentioned how loud it is. Plus one of them had a headache because of the loudness and sheer annoyance of the music. You cannot hear each other during the JC song!

Sainsburys don't have any care or consideration to their staff and customers, especially those with hearing or conditions which are affected by loudness such as autism etc

I want to know has anyone noticed this annoying loud music in their nearest Sainsburys?

I suspect that each store has a pa system with a volume control. I can just hear the bull**** at a management meeting, "Turn the Christmas music up and create more atmosphere and excitement in the store"

I have a solution: shop elsewhere until you find a place with music at an acceptable volume.

Why did you not have a word with customer services. The volume can be turned down.

For every person asking to turn the music down, we get another asking to turn it up.

You can't win with the music volume :)

I am not anywhere near a Sainsbury's store so rarely go there. A couple of years ago I went at Christmas time and soon left, with my shopping list still in my pocket, because of the loud music and the Customer Service not being interested. Not realising that it is just at Christmas, I completely avoided their stores until the following SEPTEMBER!!!

Last week a group of us went into a restaurant which had loud music and we were soon heading for the door. The staff noticed and must have done some calculations about lost business, as they suddenly realised that they COULD turn it down!

We have to vote with our feet!

All music in any shop is too loud, listening to some store managers carp choice of music is not conducive to shopping, and should be banned on the grounds that it is mental torture against the staff.

I particularly despise stores that play cheesy bad outdated cover versions.
And shops that have their own radio station so called

My friend that works for Sainsburys has said the advert song hasn't been played since Monday due to complaints.
