Ignore the debt collector one but do a short response to any LBCCC. Save the real work for defence stage as we do win pretty much all defenced cases here on this forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got a parking ticket from pps 2 years ago. They chased it for a year and then stopped sending me letters. Now a year later almost to the day I have received a letter from bw legal saying I now owe £160 after they whack on their charge of £60. Which supposedly were in the terms and conditions of the car park. Although it’s not mentioned on the sign sent to me by the ppc.
What’s the best course of action here?0 -
