I've had to do a new Excel list, 'cos for some reason, the one that I have recycled for the last couple of years has disappeared.
So far, I've added 61 advents to it, although the list will probably get bigger. There doesn't seem to be as many of the usual suspects this year though - perhaps some of them will start a bit further into the month.
This year has gone far too fast.
Anyway, the very, very best of luck.

I am the biggest idiot!:mad: My early night got cancelled due to things people could have told me to do at 16:00 instead of bedtime....And now I've just accidently deleted my Advent folder of bookmarked comps! :mad::eek:

61! I have bookmarked less than 20 to look at in more detail and expect that number to drop, probably by at least half, when I have given them a proper look.

I've done a bit of end dating from the last couple of days and now have a massive headache (although that may be the Baileys which was going down a treat!). I shall attempt to do the first day of Advents later today and see how many I get through.

so disappointed with what's on offer this year I've just been through last year's list and there were so many great advents that just don't seem to be running this year.
Off the top of my head, Avis, Mumsnet, Dunelm, Motel Rocks, Carpetright, Debenhams Beauty Club, there are tonnes more that I had bookmarked last year but no sign of them now

Sinfini doesn't seem to be running this year, possibly because something seems to have happened to Sinfini and they are reccomending somebody else to follow for classical music type things.

Ellis Brigham seem to have switched their advent for a game on the site as well.

I'm more interested in what has happened to Hornby and the rest of that group. They scaled down last year and I'm wondering if they are going to do anything this else.

Is it me just thinking that the majority are only running for 12 days! I have defo seen some that used to run for 24 days shortened down to 12! Not so great prizes either!
