Yeah I tried splitting them all up and it just kept on taking me back to the sign in page so I gave up but still was only saying up to about £28, will try again in a couple of days! Wondering if they expire after 12 months or something as I haven't had a payment for ages.

Forgot that I won £60 on the lottery last weekend so have added that to my total!

there's topcashback representative on mse who can help with your problem. you need to post on that thread. x

how did you pay for bounts? some have very successfully got refunds through apple.

there is another site I read about. not checked out what earning is. I will take a look and post tomorrow.

Think I paid through current account. Keep hoping they will get their act together but seems less and less likely to happen.

    thanks carbootcrazy :A

having a nightmare with reverseadventcalendar and cubs. but Sainsburys donated 4 tins of nice stuff yesterday. coop are trying to send me the coupon they promised but still not arrived. I have a few bits at home that have dug out from my stash which is dwindling and will add those. Such a shame people aren't getting the concept or understanding what a difference it can make to people who probably live on basics all the time.

    .

Aesop, you've probably already thought of it yourself but I wondered if you've posted a 'wanted' request on Freecycle? I know on my local ones there are always people asking for donations of various things for appeals they are running. I once delivered a huge sack of part-used balls of wool (Mum's stash, she was an avid knitter:rotfl:) to a lady who knits for charities and was housebound. As a result of her posting she was inundated with offers:j. Other Freecyclers often ask for small items for the Shoebox appeal etc. You might have some success if you post a 'wants' ad although maybe time is running out now.

    Good Luck anyway:beer:

some have successfully reclaimed through their bank accounts too. they have told bank they were sold something where terms were changed. will look up what they did for you.
  • I have sent an email to Bounts explaining that me and OH would like a refund due to them moving the goalpoasts and rendering the yearly subscription worthless.

Also stated that being a regular on MSE, know that there are many others unhappy with Bounts, and will take things further if no refund is given.

Its the sort of thing that should be taken up by Watchdog in my opinion but I personally have no desire to be on the telly.

Apparently the cut off date for refunds was some time in October so not really expecting a reply. We will see.

it was but they are still refunding. Martin got involved but I think they fed him a line about it all

there is a whole facebook group about bounts. some of the stuff they dug up was interesting. I probably had my subscription back in vouchers so am not going to chase too hard but M not impressed with their model or behaviour
  • Just popped in to say hello.
Sorry you're having a mare with mobile x Aesop. I've never had a problem with them- get vouchers regular as clock work.

I'll pop back later in the month - mad hectic here - but keep up the money making. I'll be back on board in Jan

oh no! message prolific too as they will override the researcher if they say no. hate when they put on really complicated ones. I know they got to get their research but still!

I messaged PA and have just had an email saying they are paying me the £4.20 fee themselves out of their Bonus Payment System:j. PA are always so quick, helpful and very fair when problems occur. I wish other companies that get us to do work for them and then refuse to pay up what's due to us would learn a lesson from PA.
