Then you rent it out on one of the parking rental websites. :money:A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Just curious- why is this "Urgent"? What can you do about it at 6:35pm on a cold, cold, November night?0
-
The one reason you might have cause for concern would be if this numbering exercise was a precursor to the management company engaging the 'services' of a parking company to monitor the residents parking rights.
(Which really means that they will take every opportunity to screw money out of you under the guise of a fine if you dare to contravene their made up rules - take a look at the parking fines board for more info there)0 -
No different to having a driveway really, is it?0

For security, just reach agreement that number 5 uses number 3's space, number 9 uses number 4's, number 3 uses..... You get the idea, and the burglar won't, so you'll be at home to surprise him, when he, in a drug-frenzy, breaks your door down with an axe!
Mind you, if you regularly drink and drive, you may forget, and park in your own space.0 -

I'd rather be out when the burglar breaks down the door in an axe frenzy.
And what do you do when the neighbor at No 5 goes out? Get someone else to move their car into your space?
I know what, OP can suggest to all the residents that they each buy a cheap car and leave them permanently parked in all the spaces, that way no one will ever burgle them.
(or if they are worried that someone will try to target them when they are in, they should never park in their spaces and always leave them empty)0 -
There is a very simple solution to this.
Buy another car and leave it permanently in the space. Then just park your real car round the block and walk back home.
Honestly just think outside the box people!0 -

Sounds like a complete non-issue to me.0
