Didn't think you were - but some of us can't and won't answer that question.

    Morning all.
Ive uploaded images and a few notes here: http://176.32.230.2/ppsimages.com/ .
The signage is behind the ticket machine, but there is some red text on the machine itself about entering a number plate incorrectly.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Many thanks.

    Others of us can!

Never used them, don't know anything about them, and certainly don't know if there are any shenanigans going on with them and other forumites...

... but what i *WILL* say is that they won't be doing anything whatsoever that you aren't already doing. All they'll do is write the letter for you and send it off. As far as the PPC is concerned, you will remain liable (you aren't), and it's your data that they'll instruct a debt collector based on, and it'll still be you that they try to take to court (vanishingly small chance).

The "template letter" on their site *ONLY* deals with BPA members, so is useless to you.

They'll write to IAS, which is worthless.

They'll charge you extra if by some chance you do end up in court.

All of which you can get for a sum of zero pounds and zero pence from right here, plus a bit of elbow-grease on your part.
