I have just saved £612 per year on my mobile phone contract
Options
I was paying £708 per year on my phone contract with O2.
My phone plan has just finished.
I have just swapped to a BT SIM only deal on 4G, 12 month plan.
I now pay £8 per month (£96 a year) for 3GB, unlimited BT wifi, unlimited text and 500 minutes +£40 amazon or itunes voucher for swapping.
Very Happy

virgins black friday deal ends soon.
double data on 4G packages.
This means they are close to plusnet prices and data roll over too.0 -
Virgin SIM only deals are 30 day contracts, and have lots of included minutes too, so well worth a look.
As many have mentioned on here (and Martin himself), SIM only deals are often a lot better value than the typically 2 year "cheap" phone + SIM deals that many customers opt for.0 -

Do you have a link for this please.
my contract ends in 3 weeks and I need to find a provider who will give me 1000 mins, 500 text and 1GB of data (ideally 4G data) for about £10 per month
I am currently with EE on SIM only deal of 2000 mins, Unltd text and 2GB of data which costs me £13.25 a month (I'm assuming my contract will go upto £16.99 when my contract ends in 3 weeks).0 -

Virgin are offering double data on some SIM deals, ends midnight tonight though.
£9 per month, 1500 mins, 2GB
£12 per month, 2500 mins, 4GB
30 day contract, unused data rolls over at the end of the month.0 -
If you haven't done it yet (for those who are thinking of switching soon), use a cashback website such as TopCashBack. My contract is £16.99 a month for unlimited texts, 200 mins and 12GB data. But, I also get £160 back in cashback and Amazon vouchers, so £43.88 for the year, or £3.66/month (not including the slightly higher first month payment).
And when I go on my year abroad next year I can keep on using it as the EU is scrapping roaming charges. Hurray!Long-Term Goal: £23'000 / £40'000 mortgage downpayment (2020)0 -
I took up virgins double data.
The only slight snag is that it uses data in this order I reckon.
Double data boost
Roll over

!!!!!! :eek::eek: How much?
All I can ask is why on earth you signed up for such an extortionate deal with O2 in the first place.'I'm sinking in the quicksand of my thought
And I ain't got the power anymore'0
