weetabix cake. I shouldn't admit this but im sat here eating a slice right now its yummy!Mad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!

Here's a quick recipe for a traybake using Weetabix
Wheatabix & White chocolate
Ingredients
· 1 can Nestle Condensed Milk
· 4oz Marg
· 3oz sugar
· Approx 8 wheatabix
· 1tbsp syrup
Directions
Place all ingredients except wheatabix in pan and boil like toffee for 3-4 minutes
Add wheatabix and mix well
Press into Swiss roll tin
Cover with white chocolate when cool
Enjoy!!!
