Thanks for all these ideas. I think I will try the hairy bikers cake this weekend. I was thinking to try adding some Weetabix to a crumble topping too.February GC 173/200

I have a choclate brownie recipe that uses weetabix, kids never knew it had them in it and I got compliments on them when I took them to a bring and share lunch - loads wanted the recipe. Will post it later tonight as not at home currentlyThanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

Weetabix cake
2 crushed Weetabix
1 cup of sultanas
2 cups of Self raising flour
1 cup of sugar
Mix these dry ingredients together, then add
1 cup of milk and a teaspoon of mixed spice
Stir again and pour the mix into a greased loaf tin, bake at 325 degrees for about 45 mins.
Its wonderful slightly warm and always with butter/spread.
I also take out the sultanas and add a banana to make a banana weetabix cakeBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
