Virgin Mobile Contract Woes
Options
Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me please.
I took out a mobile phone contract from virgin mobile and gave them my pac code to transfer my old number over. However I've got no mobile coverage inside my house and so want to cancel.
When I ring them they tell me they don't have any record of me as a customer or my mobile number which means that I can't transfer my number (which I use for work), but I also can't cancel the contract or make a complaint.
They have however managed to set up a direct debit on my bank account.
I'm just going round in circles and being handed from one department to the next. I want to get a new mobile contract with a different provider so I can use my phone but if I cancel the direct debit is this enough to cancel the contract?
Appreciate any help, thank you.

get to an area with reception and dial 789 and ask for a PAC0

Try the CEO's email, it won't go to him, but the exec team it will go to should be able to sort it.
Sent a short concise message and quote your mobile number and the PAC that Virgin used to port you in and the fact that they do have a DD set up for you.
Good luck
