It's like a wheel split into 10 areas of your life like health and family and you mark how satisfied from 1-10 you are in that area of your life.
The Level 10 Goals are what you want to achieve. Like under the family it could say that you want to keep in touch with certain family members more. The more you do this and the more satisfied you are then the more your Level 10 Life will go up.
I think that's the way it is supposed to be interpreted, but you could look at her blog. She is one of my favourite Bullet Journal bloggers. HTH.

Thanks Tink.

Could you not get DD to tell her gran she'll order one online on her (ie gran's) behalf? You get the journal, your mum gets a present she knows you'll like, DD gets that wonderful virtuous feeling for free (very MSE!)
Don't know how I missed this basket case. I would have done that but I know my mum has already got me something. Maybe for my birthday next year

I don't have sections, I have an index in the front and number the pages as I go along. This way it doesn't matter if you run out of pages for whatever, you just go to the next numbered page and enter page number and subject in to the index.0

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.
