Yes, here's the link

As expected, Plusnet Mobile price lists have numerous inaccuracies.
One part says that 03 calls are "inclusive" and then a few lines further on it says they are "free" (like 080 numbers).
0500 numbers are described as "free" on one page and as "20p per minute" on another.
Inclusive allowances do not include calls to CI and IoM, but no prefix list is offered to clarify the details.
There's no clarification that "mobile numbers" means "071-075 and 077-079" which may lead to the age old problem where people remain unaware that 070 and 076 numbers are not mobile numbers.
The call costs for 070 numbers and the Access Charge for 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers are buried. Ofcom requires these headline rates to be stated alongside the cost of calling landline and mobile numbers.
There is no mention of the cost of "sending one standard rate message to a five-digit mobile shortcode".0 -
I see plusnet have been phoning round those who pre registered.

I got locked out for 5 failed login attempts, but have just tried again and it worked, so perhaps it was just teething troubles. The layout and information given is very poor though. No times shown for each entry (just the date), data usage values and call durations seem to be just approximate values. And I'd prefer to be told how much Data/Calls/Text I've used, rather than how much I've got left.
I'm getting less impressed with Plusnet by the day.The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -
My bill for this month is double what it normally is, and apparently, next month's going to be roughly triple what it normally is.*
I've checked and the costs seem to be correct. But...
It's those damn emojis and MMS's!
Seems that Plusnet charge for things that LIFE mobile never charged me for - would have been nice if Plusnet had mentioned that when they took over.
So, so far I gather that...
Putting an emoji off my phone to a text costs 33p. The more you put on, the more 33ps it costs.
Sending the same text to more than one person becomes an MMS and costs 33p per person (that's how it appears to break down).
Sending four+ texts in a row to the same person becomes an MMS and then 33p for each text (they've just told me that too).
Can't say I'm remotely happy with Plusnet and I'm looking around for a new deal now.
* I starred this because I'm confused about it - I stopped doing what they said was incurring charges as soon as I knew about it back in late November, but for some reason charges are now appearing on next months bill even though I've stopped doing the chargeable stuff! The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -

You mean sending a single text message that's >480 characters in length (160 being the character limit for a text message)?Stompa0
