Just worked for me with £5.25 Top Cash Back changed from EE (ASDA)to ID , same number transferred in 24H great app to check on usage. :beer:

just recieved my notification and spoke to them 3g contracts are saved , no new 3g contacts , only 4g , if you are on 3g and want to change plan , you will be moved to 4g

idmobile are a bunch of incompetent shysters, who screw up something simple like porting a number, and say a DD will be collected on your bill and then don't collect it, because they cancelled the DD instruction, they then go on to tarnish your credit report due to their error.

I'm not impressed so far, I find I'm unable to log in to my account online. It tells me my username and/or password is incorrect. Has anybody else had any success?

Just tried 3 different accounts and got in ok. Third one was a bit slow but may be my rural broadband acting up.

Had no trouble logging-in to the new site, it seems to have all my details correct.
I don't think it's a well laid out as the Lifemobile one but it's OK.
The chat facility still works too - they're sending me a 4G SIM so we'll see how that goes.
