Nope, nothing failed or returned as far as I can see. It doesn't tie up with any direct debit references or standing orders. Think I'll just leave it in there & go through the past year or two's worth of statements to see if anything matches up. Could be your accoiunt number or your meter number. I dont get any notifications when they have refunded me.
