No sorry - some banks now you can do everything online and don't need to go in, such as Atom bank.

how do you pay in coin?

Do they offer a current account at the moment? No!

A survey on switching which doesn't include one of the two banks that see more switch ins than any other?

    I gave up there.

I just added them in the "Other" comment. The survey is by a student - I am quite happy to help students to benefit from my knowledge and experience.

Please quote me saying in my post that 'the published information is wrong' actually show me where I mentioned the word wrong?

I didnt!!, I said the statement is sufficient, at no point did I say the published information is wrong, statements are printed with the last transaction even if it is outside of three months, as it the printed on date will be in the last three months.
You're continuing to contradict the published criteria, which clearly specify "showing transactions made within the last 3 months", not 'printed within the last 3 months', so if it doesn't have any transactions within the last 3 months, it isn't sufficient according to what's published.

Some bank accounts don't have transactions on them as they are used to hold interest payments or matured bonds funds as an example, and the OP is in the same position, a printed statement with the last transactions on it, with a running total, printed within the last three months can be accepted as address verification, along with other documents that I have also suggested.
Again, the published criteria are clear: "Statements showing only interest entries or carry forward balances are not acceptable".

So, in the context of OP's girlfriend being told that her statement wasn't acceptable because of lack of transactions, it's not particularly helpful for you to offer nothing more concrete than 'oh yes it is' if she needs something more specific with which to challenge what's published!

You didn't word-for-word state that "the published info is wrong". BUT, as explained by eskbanker above, you're comments about acceptable statements do contradict what is posted online so the assumption is that you're suggesting the published information is wrong.

I'm also a LBG employee. The information published online is correct. To be clear:
Statements printed within the last 3 months but only showing transactions made more than 3 months ago are NOT accepted.
Statements only showing interest payments are NOT accepted.

Bulgaria is not single ID, so would need to provide two forms of ID, In relation to the bank statement this is sufficient, as long as its dated in the last three months, you can get a preprint from TSB if you need too, other forms of address verification could be a letter from the tax office, confirming tax code, A benefit award letter or confirmation issued by DWP, or a solictors letter, or a tenancy agreement.

Lots of options for ID, I would make sure your girfriend has one of the above before either making an appointment or visiting and showing ID to the help and advice desk along with the letter you have already received as this will have a application code that will need to be entered onto the online form to allow head office to match up the application. ID is photocopied and scanned and sent electronically with the online ID&V form.

This assuming that the account is still open, so you don't need to do this part of the application.

She's shown her Bulgarian ID card, her passport, proof of UK address in terms of a bank statement, a university letter. Practically anything she can show, they're just not accepting this. And they've opened the account already and then threatened to close it down. She's kind of given up now to be fair
