Amazon locking out non Prime customers

I would have bought Prime to get The Grand Tour, but Amazons search was utterly useless and i couldnt find the item i was looking for even though i know they have it listed. I was going to purchase my item and get prime at the same time.
I gave up and bought off ebay, so to be worse than ebays search it must be bad.
So they lost a sale and a potential prime customer.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

What item was it? That seems very odd.0 -

(If you are a prime member with a hamster - I'd recommend it - 30litres (this is massive) for £10.31. Back 2 Nature small animal bedding, really cuts down smells. )
I am a Prime member but this, I fear, is part of a depressing trend.
All of these big companies have got people hooked in as regular users and now they are doing everything they can to basically screw more money out of them.
They're all doing it and it's always because of 'customer feedback' or 'better design' or some such untrue bs.*Look for advice, not 'advise'*

Available from loads of sellers on amazon if you don't have prime.0 -
I love prime. I can be sat in my jammies at 8pm crafting away and realise I need glue sticks. Next morning they are here and the delivery driver knows where I like the parcel stored if I'm not at home.
I have given up Spotify and use prime music, we've cut down the sky bundle and use prime tv and I don't need to pay apple for cloud storage either.0
