I haven't. last time I got a text, I sent STOP and I also forwarded it to 7726(spam).
It's incredibly frustrating if I have to actually get in touch with them to stop them from harassing me. I mean it's not as if they never have queues or put people on hold.

This appears to be a 24 month minimum term contract, as is very common for a deal with an inclusive handset. How long did you believe it was-or did you never bother to find out before signing it?
The fact that you have received a few unwanted texts does not void your contract without penalty.No free lunch, and no free laptop
