Yes, certainly - but you can't argue the bit in bold so steer away from 'no loss'.

And you can say something like the offer of parking was made prior to the training days, in contact from the college (or whoever arranged the course). And no changes were made to that agreement...or whatever makes sense based on what sort of course this was.
