We had to give our reg details and got a ticket to put in the car window when the college was open.
OK so how did they tell you this, with the course info, what did it say about parking (word for word)?

If the college was delivering training to you then you (or more so your employer) were a customer. As a customer facing organisation you'd expect them to look after their customers.

Have you asked the college to intervene? Maybe your employer could also weigh in to put some gentle pressure on them to get this cancelled.

To be honest I don't remember. It was almost 2 years ago. I think it was mentioned in the email. Which I no longer have.

Ironically I work for the dvla!
I could ask them for some advice. But parking is a major bug bear over all sites!

I was parked in college car park but the college had shut down- completely empty.

Assume the site has gone but was this not part of a larger college?

Seems Gladstones are trying it on as there are others for this site.

Millennium seem to have been seriously seduced by Gladstones into issuing a number of separate proceedings in the Swansea area.

To be honest it's the principle of it... I can't see how the landowners could be at any kind of loss by people parking there. Especially when the building is empty.

So can I reply to them now with a similar letter as in other threads, saying they have breached protocol etc.. not identified the driver, and not accepting liability?
