I received this from gladstones a few days ago. I have been reading through all these different threads but my brain is fried.
Can someone advise how I should proceed.
The parking ticket was issued in Feb 2015 and until now I have ignored everything. I was parked in college car park but the college had shut down- completely empty.

I can't get that link to load - but if it's a Gladstones Letter before Claim then search this board for 'Gladstones letter' or 'Gladstones LBCCC' to find replies to send.
Which PPC was it?

Looks like the PPC is Millennium who are pushing a few cases via Gladstones. But I couldn't stand on my head long enough to read all the details.:cool:

It was issued in the grounds of a disused college building. I had been attending a course there through work but then the venue changed to our offices which is across the way. the college had closed the building.0 -
So did you have an email or letter to yourself as a course candidate, offering you parking whilst the course was underway? What did the course bumf say (word for word)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Because the course was still being given by the college just in a different office. Literally 100yards away ... which I couldn't park in.0
