Yes you can but remove the Assessor's name.
Put it in 'POPLA Decisions' sticky thread and show a link to this thread plus state the PPC that you beat (as the decision doesn't mention them).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
