Ccj issued to old address please help

We are about to apply for a mortgage and have just applied for my credit file and have seen a CCJ has been issued against me last month at my old address.
As I am not living there anymore I have not received any letters and I am after any advice as to whether there is anything I can do to get it removed?

Hi,
The only way to get it removed now is to apply to the court for a set aside.
You need court form N244 and there will be a court fee of £255,00, which if your on a low income, you may be able to get help with.

Yes the debt is an old next account which I've heard nothing about for a long time0

Is it likely that they will do this as it was sent to an old address?0

Should they have known your present address?
Was there a period of six years when you did not acknowledge the debt by payment or in writing?
Are you still within a month of the judgement being issued?0 -
yes that IS a valid reason , however you have to do it quickly (within 30 days of knoweng??) and you may have to prove that you had a good expectation of winning the case had you have known about it
is this from a private parking ticket , from way back?Save a Rachael

I have not informed them of a change of address, but am on the electoral roll at my new address and I have not lived there for 6 months.
I have not acknowledged the debt for 5 years and 10 months.
The judgement date on my middle report is 13/10/20160 -
