Noisy neighbours from hell - Advice please

Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that the landlord will do anything. For once, if they are on a fixed term and paying regularly, they can't issue them with an S21 to evict them and using other section is going to be tedious and possibly expensive and clearly, the issue is not affecting him. After all, you could have the exact same problem if they'd bought the house instead of renting it.
What you have to hope is that all this arguing will mean that they finally separate and one of them leaves. I do feel for you, we too have very noisy neighbours (screaming and shouting brats) and the parents do apologise when we bring it up (I think they agree that they are brats!), but ultimately nothing changes, they continue to scream and shout. It's very unfair, but it's life.0 -
A 999 call is more than justified in the circumstances you describe, I wouldn't have bothered wasting time with 101.0
