Hi
We have been with AOL now talk talk for a very long time and the price just keeps rising so we are looking at other deals which could work out cheaper and include line rental.
I saw that the post office have a £19.99 month deal which includes line rental and wondered if anyone has used them and if they are any good.
I would be interested in your views and any other options you may have.
We don't make many calls or watch sport so don't think we need to add TV.
Many thanks

Thank you for your replies. I will try and look through the post to see what others have said.
Not sure if they are the reseller. Was just trying to find the best deal as l am paying way too much.Stash Busting Challenge 2016 6/520 -
Avoid like the plague. We are moving away from them.Zebras rock0

They are definitely just reselling Talk Talk. I worked on the back office system that interfaced the Post Office data centre to the Talk Talk system.0

My advice is to avoid at all cost, they have gone down hill since joining Talk Talk.
I phoned yesterday as had no service, automated response said they knew about it and would have it fixed in four hours.
Woke this morning no broad band, phoned and eventually spoke to someone, who admitted they were doing an upgrade but didn't inform him, someone must of known weeks ago as I would imagine it is a major event.
Would have been nice to have informed their customers first though >? instead of misleading automated customer service response.0
