You should still refund and learn this inexpensive lesson that it is your responsibility to deliver the item to the buyer. Accepting paypal without any protection for yourself is the main lesson here.0

Yes you need to ask for proof of postage, this prints out a longer slip with the dotted lines at the bottom to write the house number and post code on and ask them to stamp it for you as well. Usually if you have several things to post they write them on all the same one, saves having lots of bits of paper.0
